How long will it take to receive my custom surfboard?
Custom board orders typically take 6 to 8 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the glassing and current factory volume.
What is your shipping policy for surfboards?
We ship boards domestically using specialized freight carriers to ensure safety. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on board length and delivery location.
Can I return a surfboard if I change my mind?
Unused stock boards in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Please note that custom-shaped boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most coastal regions worldwide. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred at customs.
How do I know which fin system to choose?
We offer both FCS II and Futures fin systems. If you have an existing set of fins, we recommend matching the box to your current inventory for versatility.
What should I do if my board arrives damaged?
Inspect your board immediately upon delivery. If damage is found, do not sign for the shipment and contact our customer service team within 24 hours.
