At Channel Islands Surfboards, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring surfboards are double-padded and all apparel still has the original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
